Would be very interested to hear of anyone who was in the vicinity of the Thai Restaurant on Buxton Road last night (Tuesday 17 March) between 7.30 and 8.30
who might have witnessed a hit and run. My daughter's green Ford Ka was parked outside the restaurant and when she emerged at 8.30 found that a vehicle
had hit the front drivers side of her car. She asked around and someone told her they saw a white works van driving off but did not get the registration or
any name that might be on the side of the van. Would be grateful to know if anyone spotted this incident as this is her first car and she is obviously very
upset that someone has damaged it and driven off without leaving a telephone number or anything.
